Sylvia Franco

FOUNDER

Sylvia A. Franco is Founder of Inclusion Strategy Group (“ISG”). Sylvia is considered a digital transformationalist and Hispanic market expert. She is a battle-tested leader in the U.S., Latin America, and Europe with expertise turning around struggling digital platforms and driving revenue transformation for clients in gaming, publishing, politics and lifestyle sectors.

Sylvia and her team have also produced several brand activations, including successful public relations and communications strategy campaigns in partnership with the United Nations, FIFA and other international brands. Under Sylvia’s leadership, ISG developed strategic marketing initiatives for top global artists, including Ricky Martin, Maluma, Carlos Vives, Nicky Jam, Wisin, Diego Boneta, and Silvestre Dangond.

Previously, and for close to a decade, Sylvia worked in politics, and acted as National Hispanic Inclusion Director for a 2012 presidential bid. She initiated her career in the digital realm working for Telefonica in the U.S., European, and Latin American markets.
